RETURNS AND REFUNDS
-I am unable to accept cancellations once the item is sent to production
-I do not accept returns or exchanges
-But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- I use a printing provider to help me fulfil my orders. I create the design, they print, package and ship the items. They are great with communication and very easy to work with. Because they are human, they also sometimes make mistakes.
-If there is ever an issue such as a stain, tear, or possible misprint on your garment, please message me on Etsy and they will send you another one free of charge!

How it Works
Processing & Estimated shipping times:
Please check items for more specified time frames, varies per product. If not listed please feel free to reach out!

Shipping Cost:
Handmade items: Based on order size unless using free porch pick-up​
Print on demand items: FREE
Glitter: Defaults to $8 shipping, if it exceeds drastically you will receive an invoice! 3-4lbs typically $8-10 & you will not receive an invoice.

Shipping Policy:
For handmade items: If local please use the pick up option. Once you receive a confirmation email your order will be ready to pick up in the bin at the front door. Please DO NOT arrive prior to receiving that confirmation email.
Ready to ship: Will ship in 2-3 business days
Custom order: times vary based on season/ items ordered, roughly 7-10 business days.
Pre-orders: can vary based on interest.

For an ETA on POD orders please feel free to reach out, items do vary by provider.
For POD orders may come from multiple print providers and may arrive separately.
